Welcome to CQ New Heights
In-Person Camper Programs
We facilitate a weekend camp program in the Kawarthas Region of Ontario. Camp Quality New Heights is catered to teens ages 14-17 years old, and offers a wide range of teen leadership programming for different needs. The goal of our program is to help campers get to know themselves, their community and take the skills they learn at New Heights back to their regional camps.
Service Area
New Heights is open to campers across Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. Travel is provided.
*Campers must be registered for their regional summer camp week to attend the weekend program.
Virtual Teen Meet-Ups
New Heights offers Virtual Teen Meet-ups throughout the year where teens can come together and connect, play games or learn a new skill.
All of our programs are 100% free to attend.

Nat
Nat started as a companion in 2014 with Camp Quality Eastern Ontario. She knew from that very first summer that camp was special and she wanted to come back year after year. Nat joined the New Heights COC in 2021 as the Fundraising Coordinator, and is now the Camp Director.
Nat was the Volunteer Coordinator with Camp Quality's National Office, and has been in the non-profit sector since 2018. Nat is excited to work with the New Heights COC and bring their goals to reality!

A Community for CQ Camper Alumni

Our Young Adult Retreat brings together CQ camper alumni (18-25 years old) to celebrate their journey as a camper and provide support as they head into the horizon on new adventures at CQ and beyond. Young Adults will have the opportunity to connect with other young adults who have shared experiences., taking time to reflect on their camp journey, learn leadership skills and explore nature together as a community.
