Camp Quality Alberta
Program Coordinator

If you can not only sing the Princess Pat, but also know the history of the song, you might be a candidate for our year-round volunteer Program Coordinator position. As a member of our playful professional Camp Quality Alberta Leadership team, you will bring Wikipedia-like amounts of creativity to lead a wide variety of intentional outcome based programs to our 1-week overnight summer camp program. You will also bring stratospheric levels of fastidious organization to supplies and resources while supporting and supervising seasonal volunteers.

Volunteer Coordinator

Channel your inner Pied Piper (flute optional) as our Volunteer Coordinator, helping to build a cadre of talented and well-trained camp staff. Like a human GPS, you will guide new and returning staff through our application, screening, scheduling, and training process. In this role, your playful professionalism will be continually on display as the primary liaison and source of answers to frequently and infrequently asked questions. You will also show off your googlesque organizational and zuckerbergian technological aptitudes managing and maintaining our staff application portal and database.

Fundraising Committee Member

A Fundraising Committee Member will further the mission of Camp Quality Alberta by focusing on revenue growth, donor retention and relations. This individual will support strategic growth efforts related to fundraising, events and stewardship in their region. This position will support all parts of the Camp Leadership Team and camp program by engaging the community and increasing awareness of camp. Reports to Fundraising Manager and Fundraising Coordinator.

– Passionate about Camp Quality and impacting the lives of children and families affected by cancer and blood disorders.
– Comfortable asking for gift-in-kind and cash donations
– Geographically located in the community they’re helping (Red Deer, Edmonton, Calgary)
