Welcome to the Synergy Gives Back Raffle for Camp Quality!
Synergy Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is an interdisciplinary rehab clinic with locations in the East & West End offering physiotherapy, physician, chiropractic, personal training services and more. You can find out more about our services here.
We are excited to have the opportunity to give back to the community and support Camp Quality Canada through this wonderful event. Raffle tickets will be on sale from March 4-26 2021 and all Ontario residents are eligible to participate.
Tickets are 1 for $10, 3 for $25, and 10 for $80. Winners will be randomly drawn for each prize from all raffle tickets on March 27 and contacted via email to arrange collections of their prizes.
