Get Involved

We know Canadians have thousands of choices when it comes to charitable giving and we appreciate and invite your support. As a non-profit charitable organization, Camp Quality relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, foundations, and service clubs. These generous donors ensure our camps are free and that each child enjoys a camp experience that is second to none.

Sponsorship

Camp Quality relies on corporate donors to support our programs for children with cancer and their families.

We encourage corporate donors to support any of the following programs:

Our Camps
  • Ensure that over 350 children go to camp for free.
  • Support our activities that include: land sports, swimming, canoeing, arts and crafts, drama, storytelling, campfires, and talent and theme nights.
  • Support volunteer training for our counsellor companions.
  • Support our medical teams.
Our Puppet Program
  • Ensure 23,000 elementary school students get to see and hear the important public education program about childhood cancer.
New Heights
  • Ensure 70 teens, ages 14-18, get a great leadership and development experience
Breaking Borders
  • Ensure 12 young adults, have a fun one-week adventure in the Canadian wilderness.

Please contact Nikki Byrne to set up a meeting. We would love to discuss an individualized plan with you.

Tribute Gifts

Paying tribute to a special occasion or making a gift in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to support Camp Quality.

Make a donation in honour of someone special – to celebrate a birthday, graduation, wedding, or other life event, and help us send kids to camp. Camp Quality will send a note to let the honoree know of your contribution on their behalf and of their impact in the life of a child with cancer.

Make a donation in memory of a loved one to help others in need. We will send a note to the person of your choice to notify them of your donation.

Planned Giving

A planned gift is a charitable donation planned in your lifetime, but carried out sometime in the future. There are a number of different types of planned gifts; just a few are outlined below.

Bequests: When you are getting your affairs in order, you may choose to make a difference through a gift in your will.

Gifts of Securities: you can give a gift of publicly traded securities that will ensure your legacy makes a difference.

Camp Quality appreciates the sensitive nature of these contributions and we encourage you to discuss your wishes with a lawyer and seek counsel to ensure that your plans are carried out.

If you are interested in learning more about planned giving to Camp Quality Canada, please contact Nikki Byrne to make an appointment.

Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation Supports Camp Quality

The Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation (CTCACF) supports Camp Quality Canada through a number of different events. The Tour for Kids supports our camps across the country, and Ride for Karen is another amazing event supported by CTCACF that supports our New Heights leadership program. In 2015 CTCACF donated over 40 million dollars to many different childhood cancer programs, and we are so grateful to receive such a generous support from them each year. Thank you, CTCACF!
